MEDIA LIGHTS
The chandelier for humanity
As our instinct, we are drawn towards warm, bright, and comforting forces, real or not. Like the luminous world of social media, news, they got us blindingly gather around them, sending out time, to admire such artificial knowledge. The Media Lights is my design for humanity, as the chandelier is constructed from such rigged and mechanical parts of computers, printers, DVD players, etc. that shine the lights to attract such beautiful, organic complex creatures.
Featured in the School of Visual Arts Senior Show 2017.
